You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by, any third party. You must not misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material, or by attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.

Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. All prices are listed in AED and, for UAE orders, include 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product description errors, and to limit order quantities, at our discretion. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. Payment is processed securely at checkout; see our Privacy Policy for details on how payment information is handled.

Shipping & Delivery

Warranty

Colabs products carry a 2-year limited hardware warranty on parts and a lifetime warranty on the frame, covering incomplete parts on delivery and defects in mechanical components. Full warranty coverage, exclusions, and claim instructions are available on our FAQ page. In summary:

• Notify us through "Contact Us", with relevant images or videos, within 7 days of noticing a defect.
• For new units, please notify us before assembly once assembled, physical damage is no longer covered.
• Repaired or replaced parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Colabs reserves the right and discretion to determine whether a warranty claim is valid, and whether affected parts will be repaired or replaced. This warranty applies only to the original buyer; please notify us of any change of ownership for the warranty to remain effective.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Colabs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your purchase of our products, beyond the value of the applicable order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
